One covered parking spot in the carport under the house and two uncovered spots in the driveway.

Guest will be provided code to the front door the day of check-in.

Our home has 990 sf of living space, so it is "cozy" for 8 adults. 

We accept up to 2 dogs. We have a fenced yard, but please keep dogs out of the pool since the fur will clog the pump. Also, please dispose of any dog poos in the yard. 

Jenny and Rob are the owners and hosts of this downtown condo, which they have enjoyed renovating and using when not rented. Rob grew up on Pensacola Beach, and Jenny and Rob are raising their family in nearby Gulf Breeze. Rob is a retired lawyer that now runs a team of Realtors with Jenny. You may decide you love it here so much you want to live here! We can help with that!
